We aim to deliver all our rattan garden furniture as soon as possible. Normally we deliver within 7-14 working days. On certain ranges we will contact you with 48 hours of your order being placed to arrange a convenient delivery day.
All our products include Free Delivery to most parts of the UK, typically this is Mainland UK. Other areas may incur a delivery charge, this will be clarified during the checkout process. Typically areas the incur additional charges are, but not limited to, remote areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands. If you are unsure please contact us for a quote before you place your order.
Due to the size and nature of the products, we may not be able to deliver to all areas, this includes but not limited to; Southern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Channel Islands and Scottish Isles. You will be made aware of any exclusions during checkout.
Q. If I order today, when will I receive my item?
A. If you order today, one of our customer services team will contact you within 72 hours to discuss the delivery service and to confirm when we will dispatch your item. Currently all our items have an estimated delivery date in weeks, which will help you to make an informed choice. We aim to deliver in-stock items within 7-14 working days.
Q. Can you do weekend deliveries?
A. At present we are unable to offer a weekend deliveries.
Q. I am only going to be available to take delivery at a certain time of day. What delivery services are available?
A. Some of our delivery services offer a time slot on the day of delivery. For this service you will be contacted via phone to arrange a time. Please contact us for more specific delivery information as this service applies to specific ranges only.
Q. How much is the delivery charge?
A. Delivery to all mainland UK addresses is completely free of charge! For customers further afield, we normally apply a surcharge to the total value at the checkout. These areas include Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland.

Q. What are your opening hours?
A. Our hours of business for our customer service team are 9.00am to 5.00pm - Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends.
Q. Can I view your products in person?
A. At present we do not have a showroom to view any products in person.
Q. Do I get a guarantee on the products
A. Yes, all of our products come with between 1-3 year warranty, covering the structure of the frame from any manufacturing or material defects, fading, cracking and peeling of our outdoor synthetic weave.
Q. I have ordered furniture; can I order spare or extra items?
A. We would advise contacting our customer service team if you wish to order extra spare parts.
Q. Can I cancel or change an order?
A. If you would like to add/change or cancel an order, you can do this at any point until your order has been dispatched ready for delivery. If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.
