We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. Standard delivery lead times are stated in the top right hand corner of every product page. Below is an outline of the services we offer on all Mayfair products.
This delivery method has a standard lead time of 'From 14 Working Days' Unless stated otherwise.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a phone call within 3 working days to book in your delivery slot. We offer an Am or PM delivery window with a text message 30 minutes before arrival on the day of your delivery.
Our standard delivery includes: Items delivered, checked and inspected before being positioned in the nearest accesable point to where you wish the items to be located.

A professional 2 man, white glove delivery service. Once you have placed your order you will receive a phone call within 3 working days to book in your white glove delivery slot. We offer an Am or PM delivery window with a text message 30 minutes before arrival on the day of your delivery.
Our premium white glove delivery service includes: Items delivered, checked and inspected before being fully assembled & positioned in an area of your choice. All packaging is then removed from your property, leaving you with nothing to clear away.
Please Note: This is a premium service and is only available as an upgraded option.
NOTICE: Due to the current situation regarding COVID-19 this upgraded delivery service is unavailable until further notice. Our standard kerbside delivery method is still in operation.
Lead times for standard services are stated at the top of the page and may be extended depending on location and circumstances. Upgraded services may also result in a longer lead time.
Yes, all of our products require a signature as proof of delivery. If you are not happy with your delivery date then please contact before the day to make alternative arrangements.
Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.
Our drivers will NOT bring any of our orders through your home unless suitable access is available. Please check that the dimensions of your selected product will fit through all required access points of your property before ordering. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering.
We deliver between 7am and 7pm. If your order has not been delivered when expected please click here.
Please Note: Additional items such as furniture covers or parasols may be delivered separately on a different day to your main product. If you have ordered multiple products in one order then you are likely to receive multiple deliveries.
