Made from specialist Aquaclean fabric, our premium outdoor scatter cushions have waterproof, stain-resistant and UV-resistant qualities and are designed for long lasting use. Easy to wipe clean, they are ideal for busy homes with spills such as red wine, beer, food, biro, and even permanent marker effortlessly removed using only water. They can even be left outside when not in use and are suitable for machine washing up to 30°c. For best care, we recommend storing indoors or in a dry environment when not in use.

Delivery Information

We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. Standard delivery lead times are stated in the top right hand corner of every product page. Below is an outline of the services we offer on all products in this range.

Standard Delivery

All our outdoor furniture products and structures are delivered via our trusted delivery partners to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our customer service team will contact you prior to delivery to discuss your precise location so we can confirm a delivery date and plan a smooth experience for you. This is normally 5 days out from your delivery and will be via phone or text. We therefore request you leave us a mobile number on your order to receive the best service possible.

Furniture Delivery

All our outdoor furniture products are delivered via our specialist white glove assembly team who will unpack and set up your furniture in any location you require. This service also includes all packaging being taken away. This service is complimentary and provided as part of our delivery promise. Please inspect the furniture and confirm you are happy with it before the team leave for the best after service experience.

Pergola Delivery

All our outdoor pergolas will be placed where requested but not unpacked. This service is complimentary and provided as part of our delivery promise. Each order comes with a self-explanatory installation guide. An Installation Service can be provided but for an additional cost.

Handling & Carriage Charges

Delivery to most UK Mainland addresses is free of charge. If any surcharges apply to locations outside of the standard zone they will be highlighted to you when placing your order. Exclusions: Due to the size and nature of the products, we may not be able to deliver to all areas. You will be made aware of any exclusions during checkout.

Lead times for standard services are stated at the top of the page and may be extended depending on; the time of year, location or circumstances. We will endeavour to keep you informed of such extensions if they affect your order. We do not deliver on Bank holidays.

Delivery FAQ

Do I need to be home for my Delivery?

Yes, all of our products require a signature as proof of delivery. If you are not happy with your delivery date then please contact us before the day to make alternative arrangements.

Will I need to help my delivery driver?

Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.

My house has restricted access, what do I do?

Our drivers will NOT bring any of our orders through your home unless suitable access is available. Please check that the dimensions of your selected product will fit through all required access points of your property before ordering. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering.

My Order Has Not Been Delivered, What Should I Do?

We deliver between 7am and 7pm. If your order has not been delivered when expected please click here

Please Note: Additional items such as furniture covers or parasols may be delivered separately on a different day to your main product. If you have ordered multiple products in one order then you are likely to receive multiple deliveries.
