Delivery Information
We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. Standard delivery lead times are stated in the top right hand corner of every product page. Below is an outline of the services we offer on all products in this range.
Standard Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders from this range on the same/next working day depending on the time your order is placed. Currently, all supplied items have an estimated delivery date at the top of the product page, which will help you to make an informed choice. Deliveries are usually made Monday – Friday however weekend deliveries can be arranged if you contact us as soon as possible following your order being placed. The delivery is an all-day service between the hours of 8AM and 6PM (Mon-Fri). In the event of unforeseen delays, our aim is to contact you as soon as possible. By supplying your mobile number, we will pass this on to our courier who should update you on your delivery via text, however, this is not a guaranteed service.
Exclusions: Due to the size and nature of the products, we may not be able to deliver to all areas. You will be made aware of any exclusions during checkout.
Lead times for standard services are stated at the top of the page and may be extended depending on; time of year, location or circumstances. We will endeavour to keep you informed of such extensions if they affect your order. We do not deliver on Bank holidays. If you need to track a delivery or find a member of our team is on hand to assist you.
Delivery FAQ
Do I need to be home for my Delivery?
No. However, we will need to know a safe location where your item can be placed should you not be around. Please let us know this when placing your order.
Can you do dedicated day/weekend deliveries?
At present we are only able to offer dedicated day deliveries on select products, typically palletised items. Dedicated / timed / weekend deliveries are available, but these are subject to availability and pricing. Contact us before ordering for a quote.
Will I need to help my delivery driver?
Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.
My house has restricted access, what do I do?
Our drivers will NOT bring any of our orders through your home unless suitable access is available. Please check that the dimensions of your selected product will fit through all required access points of your property before ordering. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering.
My Order Has Not Been Delivered, What Should I Do?
We deliver between 8am and 6pm. If your order has not been delivered when expected please click here
Please Note: Additional items such as furniture covers or parasols may be delivered separately on a different day to your main product. If you have ordered multiple products in one order then you are likely to receive multiple deliveries.
