How Do I Return Something

If you're not 100% happy with your new rattan garden furniture, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that there maybe a restocking fee for unwanted delivered items.

We do ask you to upload photos to confirm the condition of the item before returning it to us.

Once we have collected the item from you then we will give you a full refund within 30 working days.

Please note that delivered items must be in the same condition that they arrived in to be eligible for a full refund. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further information.
