It would have been nice to have informed that it was being delivered today,as it was I was at home and had not taken an Easter break. Only thing wrong was it had a tiny scrape on the top corner of the three seater.

MZ Winchester 6 Seater Oval Rattan Dining Set with Heritage Chairs Fire Pit & Lazy Susan brings a touch of luxury to your al fresco dining. The oval table topped with toughened glass teamed with the six comfortable chairs complete with base and back cushions to make this the perfect set to share breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

This table has been integrated with a gas Fire Pit system which will allow you to enjoy your garden furniture until the late hours of the evening and comes with a metal inlay which covers the Fire Pit when not in use.. All of our Fire Pit systems are CE registered and have a BTU of 50,000 (British Thermal Unit is a unit that measures the heat generated by the burner).

Delivery Information

We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. Standard delivery lead times are stated in the top right hand corner of every product page. Below is an outline of the services we offer on all products in this range.

Standard Furniture Delivery

This furniture range has a standard lead time, which is displayed in the key buying information at the top of a product page.

Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by your local delivery company to confirm a delivery date. This is normally a few days before the items are ready to be dispatched. If you are not happy with the date specified you can contact us to arrange a more suitable day. The delivery is an all-day service between the hours of 7AM and 7PM (Mon-Fri).

Our standard furniture delivery includes: Items being checked and inspected before dispatch. This range of furniture offers a positional delivery. This means items will be taken through to the garden, providing there is reasonable access to do so, if not then it will be to the nearest accessible point possible. We do not unpack the items and we do not offer a packaging removal service. We advise you to check the items again upon delivery and report any issues to us straight away. Any damages need to be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. This will enable us to rectify any issues that may arise as quickly as possible.

Exclusions: Due to the size and nature of the products, we may not be able to deliver to all areas. You will be made aware of any exclusions during checkout.

Accessories

All accessories in this range have a standard lead time, which is displayed in the key buying information at the top of their product page.

If an accessory is purchased alongside other items we may deliver all items together. In which case please refer to the longest lead time on your order.

This delivery method refers to products such as lights, parasols and trays.

Lead times for standard services are stated at the top of the page and may be extended depending on; time of year, location or circumstances. We will endeavour to keep you informed of such extensions if they affect your order. We do not deliver on Bank holidays.

Delivery FAQ

Do I need to be home for my Delivery?

Yes, all of our products require a signature as proof of delivery. If you are not happy with your delivery date then please contact us before the day to make alternative arrangements.

Will I need to help my delivery driver?

Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.

My house has restricted access, what do I do?

Our drivers will NOT bring any of our orders through your home unless suitable access is available. Please check that the dimensions of your selected product will fit through all required access points of your property before ordering. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering.

My Order Has Not Been Delivered, What Should I Do?

We deliver between 7AM and 7PM. If your order has not been delivered when expected please click here

Please Note: Additional items such as furniture covers or parasols may be delivered separately on a different day to your main product. If you have ordered multiple products in one order then you are likely to receive multiple deliveries.
