Ordered 2 items online Tuesday, delivered Friday, very well packed but 1 piece of unit damaged (by Manufacturer). Phone call to Jade at Customer Services resulted in a replacement for damaged section from Supplier received Wednesday 8.10am. Excellent Service from both parties. 5* I found it extremely easy and efficient to order my products. 2* for delivery. It wasn't clear when delivery would arrive. One part was delivered 3 days before expected and the other part of the delivery may or may not arrive on the expected date BUT I have no idea what part of the day. This is important to know as the order page states a signature is required.

The Europa 4-6 Seater Compact Rattan Corner Dining Set with Rising Table in White Wash is a dining set with a difference. Made with a strong durable rattan weave that uses a mixture of full rod and half rod rattan that offers increased durability and longevity of the rattan.

The synthetic rattan weave is famed for its weatherproof qualities and is protected from the sun's UV rays, meaning it will not fade, as well as frost and snow so it will not crack or go brittle. This allows you to leave your rattan outside all year round, even throughout the coldest and dampest months, without damage to your rattan. This great corner sofa set allows room for 5 people to sprawl out on the sofa and also includes 2 footstools which can double up as extra seating. However, the key feature that sets this furniture apart from other sets is the wonderful rising table.

The rising table allows you to switch between a coffee table and a casual dining table in a few simple movements. This means that you can enjoy a relaxing corner sofa with a low coffee table, ideal for a tea and slice of cake, or a casual dining table ideal for al fresco dining with friends and family. This means the furniture does not take up extra space in your garden but can be used for multiple purposes. This set comes complete with thick padded cushions throughout.

We advise keeping the cushions inside when not in use as they are not waterproof. However, the cushion covers can be unzipped and are machine washable. The high-quality PE rattan is completely weatherproof and can be left outside all year round without the risk of weather damage. This set comes complete with a 7-year guarantee to ensure quality and peace of mind.

Delivery Information

We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. Standard delivery lead times are stated in the top right hand corner of every product page. Below is an outline of the services we offer on all products in this range.

Standard Furniture Delivery

This furniture range has a standard lead time, which is displayed in the key buying information at the top of a product page.

Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by your local delivery company to confirm a delivery date. This is normally a few days before the items are ready to be dispatched. This service should enable you to arrange a date that suits you, although not every day of the week may be available in your area. The delivery is an all-day service between the hours of 7AM and 7PM (Mon-Fri).

Our standard furniture delivery includes: Items being checked and inspected before dispatch. This range of furniture offers a kerbside delivery, we do not unpack or position the items and we do not offer a packaging removal service. We advise you to check the items again upon delivery and report any issues to us straight away. This will enable us to rectify any issues that may arise as quickly as possible.

Exclusions: Due to the size and nature of the products, we may not be able to deliver to all areas. You will be made aware of any exclusions during checkout.

Accessories

All accessories in this range have a standard lead time, which is displayed in the key buying information at the top of their product page.

If an accessory is purchased alongside other items we may deliver all items together. In which case please refer to the longest lead time on your order.

This delivery method refers to products such as lights, parasols and trays.

Lead times for standard services are stated at the top of the page and may be extended depending on; time of year, location or circumstances. We will endeavour to keep you informed of such extensions if they affect your order. We do not deliver on Bank holidays.

Delivery FAQ

Do I need to be home for my Delivery?

Yes, all of our products require a signature as proof of delivery. If you are not happy with your delivery date then please contact us before the day to make alternative arrangements.

Will I need to help my delivery driver?

Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.

My house has restricted access, what do I do?

Our drivers will NOT bring any of our orders through your home unless suitable access is available. Please check that the dimensions of your selected product will fit through all required access points of your property before ordering. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering.

My Order Has Not Been Delivered, What Should I Do?

We deliver between 7AM and 7PM. If your order has not been delivered when expected please click here

Please Note: Additional items such as furniture covers or parasols may be delivered separately on a different day to your main product. If you have ordered multiple products in one order then you are likely to receive multiple deliveries.
