Ordered 2 items online Tuesday, delivered Friday, very well packed but 1 piece of unit damaged (by Manufacturer). Phone call to Jade at Customer Services resulted in a replacement for damaged section from Supplier received Wednesday 8.10am. Excellent Service from both parties. 5* I found it extremely easy and efficient to order my products. 2* for delivery. It wasn't clear when delivery would arrive. One part was delivered 3 days before expected and the other part of the delivery may or may not arrive on the expected date BUT I have no idea what part of the day. This is important to know as the order page states a signature is required.

The Metis 7-9 Seater Aluminium Dining Corner Sofa Set with Firepit Table, Armchair & Bench - Grey is a modern dining table with an exciting twist that makes it perfect for year-round use.

The spacious corner sofa, armchair and bench offers plenty of space for all your guests to relax in style. However, the key-feature of this table is the stunning gas firepit table which not only offers plenty of space to dine - you can cover the firepit with the lid provided to create extra dining space - but adds something special to the furniture that adds a unique ambience to the garden and allows you to use the furniture even on colder evenings.

Our gas firepit tables work with Patio Gas bottles; these are the green bottles filled with propane. It is important to get a Patio Gas bottle as this is compatible with the clip-on regulator we supply with our systems. We recommend a 5kg bottle as this fits inside the table. Our firepit systems are CE Certified and manufactured using grade 304 stainless steel ensuring they are weatherproof and made to the highest quality. The system used in this particular set is rated at over 40,000 BTUs and provides ample heat, light and ambience for the surrounding area.

We estimate that on full power, you will get approximately 6 consistent hours of burn time from this firepit. However, you will be able to run the firepit for longer on a lower heat setting which you can control easily via the handy control panel.

Another great feature of this set is the modular notion of the layout which allows you to choose whether you would like a longer left-handed side or right-handed side which is ideal for fitting the furniture in certain spaces.

The aluminium framework is extremely weatherproof and can be left outside all year round. Plus, the furniture comes with padded cushions included. These cushions are showerproof but we do recommend storing them indoors in heavy downpours and when not in use.

Plus, our aluminium products are finished with AkzoNobel powder-coating which is an established, industry-leading powder coating technology actually recognised as the best in the world. Which offers a truly weatherproof and durable finish to the sturdy framework.

Plus, this table is topped with 8mm glass which makes it easy to clean and very practical.

Delivery Information

We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. Standard delivery lead times are stated in the top right hand corner of every product page. Below is an outline of the services we offer on all products in this range.

Standard Furniture Delivery

This furniture range has a standard lead time, which is displayed in the key buying information at the top of a product page.

Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by your local delivery company to confirm a delivery date. This is normally a few days before the items are ready to be dispatched. This service should enable you to arrange a date that suits you, although not every day of the week may be available in your area. The delivery is an all-day service between the hours of 7AM and 7PM (Mon-Fri).

Our standard furniture delivery includes: Items being checked and inspected before dispatch. This range of furniture offers a kerbside delivery, we do not unpack or position the items and we do not offer a packaging removal service. We advise you to check the items again upon delivery and report any issues to us straight away. This will enable us to rectify any issues that may arise as quickly as possible.

Exclusions: Due to the size and nature of the products, we may not be able to deliver to all areas. You will be made aware of any exclusions during checkout.

Accessories

All accessories in this range have a standard lead time, which is displayed in the key buying information at the top of their product page.

If an accessory is purchased alongside other items we may deliver all items together. In which case please refer to the longest lead time on your order.

This delivery method refers to products such as lights, parasols and trays.

Lead times for standard services are stated at the top of the page and may be extended depending on; time of year, location or circumstances. We will endeavour to keep you informed of such extensions if they affect your order. We do not deliver on Bank holidays.

Delivery FAQ

Do I need to be home for my Delivery?

Yes, all of our products require a signature as proof of delivery. If you are not happy with your delivery date then please contact us before the day to make alternative arrangements.

Will I need to help my delivery driver?

Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.

My house has restricted access, what do I do?

Our drivers will NOT bring any of our orders through your home unless suitable access is available. Please check that the dimensions of your selected product will fit through all required access points of your property before ordering. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering.

My Order Has Not Been Delivered, What Should I Do?

We deliver between 7AM and 7PM. If your order has not been delivered when expected please click here

Please Note: Additional items such as furniture covers or parasols may be delivered separately on a different day to your main product. If you have ordered multiple products in one order then you are likely to receive multiple deliveries.
